Trivia

  • A.R.M.A. is an acronym for Adaptive Robotic Mechanized Artillery. But like all cool sci-fi names, we came up with its meaning retroactively.
  • A.R.M.A. is made out of an alloy called "foldanium", which can bend and stretch like flesh.
  • A.R.M.A. can perform photosynthesis...? Maybe it's just solar panels.
  • It wasn't necessary to give A.R.M.A. free will, but machine learning is all the rage nowadays so she wouldn't get funded without an AI pitch.

It is also the team's first attempt at game design. We learned a lot, and had a ton of fun. We wish we had more time though; only having about 2 hours a day to develop a game is tough. The scope creep is real.

Other attributions

While not part of the development team, almost all of our sound effects were borrowed from freesound.org. These audio assets were created by multiple persons and this work would not have been complete without their contribution. Our special thanks to them.

Other than volume adjustments, no changes were made to these assets.
